VeriScope 3D Viewing System


VeriScope is a software system that enables you to easily move about
in model space with real-time stereoscopic viewing.  You can quickly
shade any view or link together a series of views to produce a fly
through animation sequence.

Most CAD systems offer some way of generating a perspective view.  You
specify the viewpoint and the target.  Some systems use interactive
methods, such as manipulating a set of axis, or sliding the target
with a mouse.  All leave you wanting to get inside the model space and
have a good look around.  VeriScope lets you go into the small corners
or cruise through the whole model space.

HOW?  VeriScope uses a data structure designed for quick view
transformations. The unique method of using a 2-D mouse to pilot
through 3-D space is intuitive and fast. Our code is highly optimised
and provides the fastest viewing on VGA equipped PC systems.

What You Need to Run VeriScope:

     DOS 3.0
     VGA Video Card with colour monitor
     Mouse with Microsoft Compatible Driver
     Hard Disk with 2 megabytes free disk space.
     465 Kbytes free DOS LOW MEMORY
Recommended Hardware:
     486DX2/66 or Pentium
     DOS 5.0
     Super VGA
     4 megabytes Extended Memory
     Hard Disk with 10 megabytes free disk space.

at the controls of the VeriScope system you can go in there and see
for yourself. Interactive real time control of where you are and what
you see.  Fast,simple and smooth.  Instead of specifying a "viewing
angle'' or "camera position' and regenerating the drawing, VeriScope
constantly regenerates on the fly. Stereoscopic wire frame viewing,
with the included the 3-D glasses, lets you see depth.
